# Googleの「.new」ドメインを徹底的に活用する

そしてその「.new」ドメインを活用して、ブラウザのアドレスバーに「sheet.new」と入力するとSpreadsheetの新規作成ができたり、「doc.new」でGoogle Docsの新規作成ができまるようになりました。

これを知ったとき、最初は感動していたのですがすぐに忘れ…最近Googleカレンダーの新規作成で思い出しました。

せっかくある機能ですし、徹底的に活用したいと思い、活用方法を考えてみました。

## 活用方法

### Alfredのブックマーク機能と組み合わせる

Alfredのブックマーク機能を使えば、ブックマークに登録したURLをAlfredから検索して開けます。

つまり、ブックマークに.newドメインの一覧を登録しておけば、Alfredから簡単に呼び出せます。

ブックマークに登録する場合は、メニューの［ブックマーク］→［ブックマーク マネージャ（option + command + B）］でブックマークマネージャを開いてそこで追加します。

あとはAlfredのブックマーク機能を使えば絞り込んで表示できます。

こうすることでわざわざブラウザのアドレスバーに移動する必要もなくなりますし、ブラウザにフォーカスを当てる必要もなくなります。
